Job Opportunity: Accounts Manager at Dnyaneshwar Corrugations Private Limited Location: Patalganga, MIDC, Panvel (Candidates from Navi Mumbai preferred) Designation: Accounts Manager Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a similar field Key Responsibilities: • Drive financial planning by analysing company performance and risks • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, Accounting Standards, TDS, and GST • Manage finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Roles and Duties: 1. Prepare and review financial statements 2. Supervise and lead a team 3. Complete accounting till balance sheet finalization 4. Understanding of GST and TDS; preparation of tax returns 5. Establish short- and long-term departmental goals, policies, and procedures 6. Handle ERP Navision / Tally based accounts, resolve day-to-day accounting issues 7. Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual closing of accounts 8. Monitor balances of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and perform reconciliations 9. Ensure procedural compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxation, TDS, etc. 10. Manage daily cash flow and prepare cash budgets 11. Finalize Group Companies' accounts on Tally 12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and costing reports 13. Support line manager with financial information systems 14. Coordinate with Internal and External auditors, and government departments during assessments 15.
