InRadius is India’s first geo-location and radius based job search platform that will help you and millions of other job seekers find their next job closer to home. Our vision is to help people achieve a better worklife balance by reducing the unproductive daily long commutes, hence our platform is built and designed by keeping this objective in mind.

There are hundreds of other platforms, but as of now there is no other platform that is solving or working on helping people find jobs closer to them and reduce the daily unproductive long commutes.

InRadius was built with purpose, the primary purpose is to help reduce the daily long unproductive commutes and the second purpose was to reinvent the job and talent search wheel which has been the same for decades.

Here is a list of features that are built to solve the current challenges of the ecosystem:

1. Radius based job and talent search - Find jobs and talent near you thus helping job seekers and talent seekers achieve better worklife balance.
2. Criteria based matching - See only what you seek, our onboarding process is designed in a way to ensure candidates and jobs are matched based on the candidates profile and job posting criterias. With this feature you no longer have to go through hundreds of job postings, you will see jobs that are relevant and are within your desired search criteria.
3. Consent based contact - At InRadius, we value your privacy and your detailed profile and contact details will be shared only with those companies or talent seekers with whom you have shown interest or have responded to their interest. No more spam calls as your contact number won’t be shared or leaked like the other platforms.
4. Your Feedback Matters to us - The feedback is often seeked only from the company's/talent seekers, we are here to change it. We bring to you the first platform in India that would be seeking feedback from you post every interview to understand your experience with the company/talent seeker.
5. Feedback based ranking - Your feedback is important and also plays a vital role in building our AI based algorithm. Based on every feedback received from you and millions of other job seekers the ranking of the Company’s/Talent Seekers will change in real time.
6. Offer Tracking - At InRadius, we have redesigned the entire hiring journey. We are with you at every step of the process, you can show joining interest in the jobs you have interviewed for and the company can make an offer to you on the platform itself. You can track, manage all your joining interests and offers from a single window.
7. Job closure - You would have often experienced that you have applied for a job on other platforms and have received no communication or updates about the job, it changes now. At InRadius, once there is an interest match between you and a company you will be receiving communication whenever a job gets closed on the platform. This will keep you updated and informed about the decision you need to make with other opportunities at hand.

We understand your concern and we agree as a new platform there will be limitations of the types of jobs and companies we would have on InRadius and hence we have decided to focus only on the major cities, and are going to channel all our energy towards helping you all find a job closer.

Updating your InRadius profile is very easy, you can access your InRadius account as follows:

• Click on 'Your Name' in the page's left lower corner
• Click on Profile visible in the popup menu
• Click on Edit Profile in the upper right corner. Your registered email address will receive an OTP.
• Add OTP sent on your registered email ID
• Continue editing your profile, do not forget to click submit at the end of the section
• Click Go Back on the right hand side window
• Your profile is updated!

There will be an OTP authentication every time you want to verify your account, this is done for security and verification purposes so you are always aware of all changes happening to your profile.

In case you want to delete your account, you can connect with our team for assistance.

Nothing to worry, follow the below guidelines and you should be through:

• Keep your document under 2 MB in size.
• Ensure your document is amongst the acceptable formats - pdf, word doc, and word docx
• Please try removing any images that you may have on your resume/CV
• If the document size and format are good and you still have issues in uploading try resaving the file (Save As option) with a new name as your file may be corrupted.

InRadius automatically forwards your interest to the Employers. Following which the Employer will review your profile and it is up to the Employer to express ‘interest’ in your Job application. However, if the employer responds positively you will be able to see more information about the job in the ‘Interest Match’ section.

You can only apply for a job from your profile once. If the Employer doesn’t find your profile relevant and rejects your interest that particular job will be delisted for you.

All important communication will be sent to your email id. In scenarios where you haven’t responded to Interview Requests in Jobs you have shown interest in or your feedback on the Interviews are pending or your response on Offers made to you are pending our team may reach out to you on your phone number to drive necessary action. Please note interviews, offers stand auto cancelled post 72 hours.

Nothing to worry about, follow the below steps to reset your password:

• Click on the forgot password option on the login page.
• Enter your registered email address.
• A password reset link will be sent to you at your registered email address.
• The link will be valid only for 60 minutes.
• Set your new password.
• Login normally with your newly set password

Your ranking on the platform is dependent on your profile and it will only change based on the feedback you receive from the interviews given by you.
