General Manager Finance

We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance to join our team at Bookkeepers & More, located just a 3-minute walk from MG Road Metro Station, Gurgaon.

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring GST compliance. Your role includes overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and process implementation, along with ensuring all financial operations align with regulatory requirements.

You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, conduct quality checks on their work, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. Your expertise in investment analysis, report generation, and MIS reports will be crucial for our decision-making process.

CA Inter qualification is mandatory, with at least 4 years of experience, preferably from a CA firm. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in compliance, tax regulations, and have strong knowledge of accounting and team management.
