Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in a B2B capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development processes, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build relationships with key business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business clients in the B2B market and build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that add value to their business.

Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to offer competitive business solutions.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and documentation for all business transactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
