- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and data security standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product features and user experience.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively across departments.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management within the fintech industry or related financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial technology.
