Job Overview

The role involves managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communications, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations to clients.
  • Track and manage account budgets and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
