Overview
This role leads the strategic direction and execution of software development initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence in cloud-based applications and services. The position focuses on leveraging modern technologies to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software systems using cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies.
Lead and mentor engineering teams to adopt best practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2 and container orchestration using Docker.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go and Python for backend development.
Strong knowledge of in-memory data stores like Redis and scalable system architecture.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems design.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
Background in performance tuning and security best practices in cloud environments.
