Executive Human Resources Generalist

Job Description:

• Build strong understanding of the business and areas of operations of Debox and create job descriptions for each unique role

• Identify various organic and paid sources for hiring needs, ability to use the job portals to identify right talent

• Reach out and build partnerships with local colleges and skill development institutes for hiring entry level resources

• Design and deliver Induction covering all 3 verticals of Debox – Consulting, Marketing and Tech

• Identify training and development needs and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders for delivering the trainings

• Drive policy adherence across the organization and create policy awareness and education

• Plan annual engagement calendar that covers fun and strategic engagement initiatives

• Manage the internal HRMS platform and take responsibility of timely sending of offer letters, appointment letters, policy signing, increment letters, experience letters
