Responsibilities: Assist the project manager in defining project scope, developing project plans, and tracking project progress. Coordinate project team activities and ensure effective communication between team members including engineering, product management, and sales to ensure the project is on track and meeting the necessary requirements. Organize project meetings, create agendas, take meeting minutes, and keep everyone informed about project status. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk logs. Conduct research and analysis on various project-related topics and present your findings to the project team. Identify and track project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as necessary. Assist the project team in other duties as required. Learn and apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is a plus. Must Have: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's program in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Should Have: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
