Business Development Executive We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organisation. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CRM sales, IT sales, DGM sales, and B2B (business-to-business) sales, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect for new business opportunities within the assigned market segment and geographic area. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings. Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis. Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate business leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Identify buyer persona profiles. Find prospects and leads. Meet with potential clients and pitch our services to them. Up-sell when appropriate. Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs. Provide periodic reports to company management on sales. Driving new sales into targeted accounts with existing FIS relationships, generating new leads into a defined whitespace list with limited. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly targets. Analyse the flow of information through systems and recommend necessary systems or service changes for improvement. Keeping up with our service information and updates. Requirements: Proficiency in English Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably with 2-3 years of experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM sales, IT sales, DGM sales, and B2B sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
