We are looking for an Accounts Manager for our company 'Mascot International Pvt. Ltd' (Umbrella company of Manik Shah Group, which deals in global distribution of FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to management and stakeholders.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and timely collection from customers.
Forex Management: Manage foreign exchange transactions and currency hedging strategies to mitigate the impact of currency fluctuations on the company's financials.
Vendor and Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating favourable terms and resolving financial disputes.
Cost Control: Implement cost-control measures to optimize expenses related to international operations.
Audit Preparation: Prepare financial documents and support for external audits and internal audits, as required.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to assess the profitability of the company and provide insights to support decision-making.
Financial Software and Systems: Utilize accounting software and financial systems to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and legal, to support the smooth flow of business.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the international trade division.
